SELLING YOUR PROPERTY:

Many property owners request for us to sell /lease out their properties.  For us to do so you must establish ownership of such. As the law provides we ensure the interest of the public by selling/ leasing out properties duly authorized by registered owners. Just as in selling cars one just not point to a parked van and asks us to sell it because he owns it, same goes in real estate.  It is a must that  you show proof of ownership and must have proper authorization in writing.
